NEW YORK - Addressing contractor defendants' renewed efforts to dismiss a New York action in favor of litigation in the District of Columbia, a New York court has again dismissed a multi-million-dollar lawsuit over mold problems at the Millennium Square project in Washington, D.C. 2200 M Street LLC v. Bovis Lend/Lease Inc., et al., No. 602690/03 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., N.Y. Cty.).
