Homeowners File Suit After Builder and Roofer Point Fingers

TUVARES, Fla. - After the builder and the roofing contractor of a mold-infested home in Lake County, Fla., allegedly pointed at each other for responsibility to correct structural defects and mold growth, the owners of the new home filed suit against both for negligence and breach of contract.
