GRETNA, La. - Louisiana's Circuit Court of Appeals has affirmed summary judgment for an insurer that relied on policy exclusions to deny coverage of claims by school office workers against their employer school board. Hemstad v. Jefferson Parish School Board, No. 05-CA-238 (La. 5th Cir.).
