Conclusion
The last 18 months have turned out a lot of legislation, but not a lot of law, and none of the laws which have emerged, as we noted in our last article, have established any standards to govern the assessment and remediation of mold. Instead, the bills that actually pass are increasing mundane, establishing licensing requirements, property disclosures, and "studies" on mold.
