TROY, Mich. - The Michigan Court of Appeals on Sept. 22 affirmed a jury verdict in favor of a homebuyer seeking damages for mold, rejecting a challenge to plaintiff 's experts and the builder's assertion that the buyer waived any claims for roof leaks or other defects. Groom v. Knoll Construction Inc., et al., No. 254797 (Mich. Ct. App.).
