Verdict for Plumbing Contractor in Las Vegas Trial

LAS VEGAS - Jurors in a Clark County (Nev.) court ended a 12-day trial on Sept. 6 by finding unanimously for national plumbing contractor RCR Plumbing Inc. on a condominium resident's claims of illness from mold exposure. Ramos v. RCR Plumbing, et al., No. 02-A-456334-C (Nev. Dist., Clark Cty.).
Post-trial motions are pending and information will be provided as it becomes available.
