Mold Toxicology Expert Sues for Defamation Over Comments on His Testimony

SAN DIEGO - Toxicologist Bruce J. Kelman, Ph.D., complains in a recently filed California state-court action that an individual commenting on his testimony in an Oregon mold trial defamed him by accusing him of changing his testimony on the writing of a mold position paper for the Manhattan Institute.
