SANTA ROSA, Calif. - The managers and owners of a California apartment complex are appealing a $694,550 jury award to a single mother and her 8-year-old son who complained of injuries from mold exosure, as well as $643,435 in fees and costs granted by the court on Aug. 2. Rogers v. Molln Properties Inc., et al., No. SCV-232836 (Calif. Super., Sonoma Cty.).
