University Lodge Tenants Fight for Utilities, Hot Water While Looking for Replacement Housing

RIVERSIDE, Calif. - On Sept. 19, tenants, counsel and housing council members met to discuss the location of long-term replacement housing for the occupants of University Lodge, a moldy, defect-ridden single-room occupancy hotel destined to be condemned.
