SACRAMENTO, Calif. - A mother who was ordered not to discuss mold issues in front of her children can pursue child welfare agents for alleged threats made after official proceedings were concluded, a federal judge ruled July 22. Fisher v. Placer County, et al., No. CIV. S-05-771 FCD/DAD (E.D. Calif.).

U.S. District Judge Frank C. Damrell Jr. agreed with Placer County (Calif.)
