TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Florida Gov. Jeb Bush on June 22 vetoed a bill to regulate mold inspectors, saying he supports regulation but wants training standards in place first.

In a message to Secretary of State Glenda E. Hood announcing his decision to veto House Bill 315, Gov. Bush wrote, 'I support efforts to protect the public from unscrupulous business practices and I believe providing strict standards for home inspectors, mold assessors, and mold remediators is warranted.'
