The owner of the former Quality Inn Midtown in New Orleans has accused the previous owners of hiding severe mold problems in the building and wants a federal court to rescind the $3.1 million sale. DIV LLC v. La Strada Inn Inc., No. 05-1436 (E.D. La.).
DIV LLC filed the six-page complaint on April 15 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
