TUCSON, Ariz. - The former tenants of a 144-unit apartment complex in Tucson, Ariz., sued the owners, operators, managers, maintenance provider, siding provider and restoration and remediation company for allegedly causing the conditions that allowed the growth and contamination of toxic mold in the building. April Abad, et al. v. Creekside Place Holdings, L.L.C., et al., No. C20024299 (Ariz. Super. Ct., Pima Cty.).
