LOS ANGELES - A 12-member Los Angeles jury ended a monthlong personal injury trial on May 9 by unanimously rejecting claims by a 35-year-old woman that her physical and cognitive difficulties resulted from negligence by her former landlord in addressing leaks or mold problems. Dee v. PCS Property Management, No. LC057263 (Calif. Super., Los Angeles Cty.).
