Allstate Floridian Policyholder Says Insurer Didn't Advise About Mold Coverage

FORT MYERS, Fla. - One Florida resident has filed a class action against Allstate Floridian Insurance Corp., alleging that the carrier inspected homes affected by last year's hurricanes but is either rejecting mold claims or failing to alert homeowners to the mold remediation coverage in their policies.
