NEW YORK - A New York appellate court on May16 affirmed denial of summary judgment for townhouse owners who say they shouldn't be liable for any alleged releases of mold and lead paint during their home renovation. Wohlgemuth v. Lang Construction, et al., 2005 NY Slip Op 04031 (N.Y. Sup., App. Div., 2nd Dept.).
