RICHMOND, Va. - The 4th Circuit Court of Appeals has affirmed dismissal of personal injury claims by IBM workers who claimed they were exposed to mold after a flood at the company's facility in Research Triangle Park, N.C. Allen v. IBM, No. 04-1420 (4th Cir.).
The Circuit Court panel issued its per curiam ruling in an unpublished opinion on April 19, affirming an order by the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina.
