NEW YORK - A New York trial court rejected summary judgment motions by a tenant and his landlord recently, saying that the factual causation issues can only be resolved at trial. Krasnow v. JRBG Management Corp., No. 107416/02 (N.Y. Sup., N.Y. Cty.).
New York County Supreme Court Justice Marylin G. Diamond on April 12 denied a motion and cross-motion by plaintiff Marc Krasnow and his former landlord, JRBG Management Corp.
