FORT MYERS, Fla. - A Florida homeowner filed a class action against Allstate Floridian Insurance Corp. on March 9, alleging the carrier failed to provide agreed-upon coverage for mold damage resulting from the state's unusual string of destructive hurricanes in 2004.
