NEW YORK - A New York trial court has ordered Wells Fargo Home Mortgage firm to provide a personal injury plaintiff with the identity of a homeowner's insurer on the date on which she alleges exposure to mold. Ruiz v. Diaz, No. 17033/2004 (N.Y. Sup., Queens Cty.).
The order was issued by Queens County Supreme Court Justice Joseph P. Dorsa on an unopposed motion by plaintiff Karen Ruiz.
