NEW YORK - A New York trial court on Feb. 18 denied an insurance carrier's motion to dismiss a coverage action arising from allegations of mold contamination in a Washington, D.C., condominium complex. 2200 M Street LLC, et al. v. Firemen's Insurance Company of Washington, D.C., et al., No. 119393/03 (N.Y. Sup., N.Y. Cty.).
