N.Y Court Denies Summary Judgment Sought by Co-op Building's Former Owners

NEW YORK - A New York trial court denied summary judgment on Feb. 23 to the former owner of a cooperative apartment building accused of negligence in allowing water leaks that led to mold growth in the building.
