NEW YORK - A sales clerk claiming injury from exposure to mold in her employer's leased retail space failed to make a prima facie case of negligence against the building's owner and manager, a New York trial court decided Feb. 7. Patt v. Madison Third Building Cos., et al., No. 114037/01 (N.Y. Sup., N.Y. Cty.).
