Gulf Underwriters Fighting $1.2 Million Claim Over Texas Remediation

MCALLEN, Texas - A Texas couple contend in their answer to a recently filed declaratory judgment action that Gulf Underwriters is wrong in asserting that the underlying action against a mold remediator was undefended and ask that the case be dismissed.
