Wisconsin Judge Allows Plaintiff Expert to Testify on Causation

STURGEON BAY, Wis. - A Wisconsin Circuit Court Judge has denied summary judgment for landlord defendants and will allow tenants' medical expert to offer his opinion at trial on whether mold was a substantial factor in the tenants' alleged injuries. Erickson v. D&L Holdings, No. 01-CV-138 (Wis. Cir. Ct., Door Cty.).
