Home Buyers' Reliance on Property Disclosure Form Not Justified in Moldy House Sale

AKRON, Ohio - According to a Sept. 11 opinion, an appeals court ruled that the home buyers' reliance on the residential property disclosure form filled out by the home seller was not justified regarding water intrusion and mold growth in the house.
