N.J. Considers Bill To Require Residential Mold Inspection




TRENTON, N.J. - Two New Jersey state senators introduced legislation in October that would establish a Toxic Mold Commission and require mold inspections for any home sales in the state.

Senate Bill No. 1992 was introduced on Oct. 25 by Sen. Joseph Coniglio of Bergen County in the northern part of the state and Stephen M. Sweeney of Salem, Cumberland and Gloucester counties in the southern portion of New Jersey.
