FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - An Arkansas woman has sued the manufacturer and distributor of her mobile home, alleging that instead of receiving the brand new model for which she paid, she received a leaking, mold-contaminated demo model that has adversely affected her health. Judy Goad v. Champion Homes, Inc., et al., No. CIV-2002-5172 (Ark. D., Western Dist., Fayetteville Div.).
