N.J. Court Denies Preliminary Injunction Sought By Students

BRIDGETON, N.J. - Parents of middle school students denied transfers over suspected mold problems in two local schools say they will ask the court to reconsider their request for injunctive relief and, if that fails, will filed for interlocutory appeal.
