OPELOUSAS, La. - Workers at two Louisiana insurance companies are suing over what they say was negligent planning and construction that led to mold contamination in their office building. Fontenot v. Trinity Universal Insurance Company of Kansas, et al., No. 04-C-3404-D (La. 27th Jud. Dist., St. Landry Parish).
Cynthia Fontenot and her co-plaintiffs are employees of the St. Landry Parish District Attorney's Office in property owned and leased by the Gulf States Life Insurance Co.
