KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - Buyers of a condominium unit failed to show that the sellers knew of either extensive water damage or mold intrusion prior to the sale, warranting summary judgment, a Tennessee's Court of Appeals held on June 29. Robinson v. Currey, No. E2003-01847-COA-R3-CV (Tenn. Ct. App.).
Onvil Robinson and Lara Fyfe sued Dorothy R. and her son, Jack L. Currey, claiming violations of the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act and Tennessee Residential Property Disclosures Act (Tenn. Code Ann. § 66-5-201 et seq.).
