FORT WORTH, Texas - A federal judge ruled on June 17 that even if claims against a former landlord had been timely filed, the supporting declaration from a physician was insufficient to link the plaintiff's illness to mold exposure. Bryant v. Metric Property Management Inc., No. 4:03-CV-212-Y. (N.D. Texas).
