BUFFALO, N.Y.-A U.S. magistrate judge on April 22 granted Travelers Property Casualty Co.'s motion to compel disclosure of materials indicating when mold was found n the property involved. 40 Gardenville LLC v. Travelers Property Casualty. No. 02CV788 (W.D.N.Y.)

Magistrate Judge Hugh B. Scott of the U.S. District court for the Western District of New York declined to rule on Travelers motions for discovery sanctions or summary judgment, saying the insurer could resubmit them to the district judge.
