PHOENIX - A Phoenix jury awarded Kari Kilian $100,000 on April 23 after deliberating for two days over her claims that she suffers from permanent brain damage from exposure to mold and mycotoxins. Kilian v. JWE Management Co., et al., No. CV200-014108, (Ariz. Super., Maricopa Cty.).
Of the 10 jurors who deliberated, seven signed the verdict form, agreeing to the award for Kilian and apportioning 100 percent of the liability to Kilian's landlord, GlenEagles at the Princess Resort.
