RIVERHEAD, N.Y. -- A New York trial court on March 17 dismissed a wrongful termination lawsuit brought by a longtime church employee who claimed he was fired after complaining of exposure to pesticides and mold. John P. Gloninger v. Roman Catholic Parish of St. Andrew of Sag Harbor, No. 00138901/2003 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., Suffolk Cty.).
