5th Cir. Sets Fiess For May 5 Argument

NEW ORLEANS - The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit has scheduled oral argument for May 5 in an appeal over whether a homeowner policy expressly excluding mold damage could nonetheless provide coverage under ensuing loss provisions. Fiess v. State Farm Lloyds, No. 03-20778 (5th Cir.).
Fiess is one of a group of cases being heard at 1 p.m. in Room 209 of the Court of Appeals Building in New Orleans.
