NEW ORLEANS - Orleans Parish District Judge Carolyn W. Gill-Jefferson on Feb. 17 issued a final approval of a $2.7 million settlement between the owners of a New Orleans hotel and guests who complained of harm from exposure to mold. Powell v. Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Capital LLC, No. 2004 11069 (La. Dist., Orleans Parish).
