ST. LOUIS - Missouri's Court of Appeals has declined to overturn a total disability award granted a former pharmacist for illnesses linked to cleansers used to treat mold at her former work site. Sartor v. Medicap Pharmacy, No. WD 64843 (Mo. Ct. App.).
The decision came from the Western District Court of Appeals on Jan. 17, in favor of Patricia Sartor, a former employee of Medicap Pharmacy.
Medicap appealed permanent disability benefits awarded to Sartor by Missouri's Labor and Industrial Relations Commission.
