NEW YORK - A New York intermediate court ruled Jan. 24 that a trial court erred in denying summary judgment to a landlord-defendant that provided sufficient evidence that it addressed a tenant's mold problems in a reasonable manner. Krasnow v. JRBG Management Corp., No. 2006 NY SlipOp 00391 (N.Y. Sup., App. Div., 1st Dept.).

Marc Krasnow sued JRBG Management Corp., alleging personal injuries and property damage from mold in his apartment, which he contends was caused by water leaks through the building's exterior.
