About the Author
Dr. Sudakin is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Environmental and Molecular Toxicology at Oregon State University. He is also a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Public Health and Preventive Medicine at Oregon Health and Science University. He is board certified in Medical Toxicology and Preventive Medicine by the American Board of Preventive Medicine. He has authored several book chapters and peer-reviewed scientific publications on the epidemiology and toxicology of human exposure to mycotoxins. His consulting practice is located in Corvallis, Oregon.
