Mo. Hotel Chain Says District Court Erred In Finding Losses Pre-Dated Policies




ST. LOUIS - A hotel chain denied coverage for moisture intrusion at three of its hotels argued in its opening appeal brief Jan. 16 that the trial court erred in finding that the chain knew of latent losses prior to the inception of insurance policies. John Q. Hammons Hotels Inc., et al. v. Factory Mutual, et al., No. 03-3438 (8th Cir.).

John Q. Hammons Hotels and three affiliates are appealing summary judgment granted To Factory Mutual Insurance Co. and St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Co. by the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
