State Farm Lloyds Removes 3 Mold Cases to Texas Southern District

HOUSTON - State Farm Lloyds removed three mold coverage actions to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas in recent weeks, saying the cases meet the $75,000 jurisdictional threshold. Vicente M. Juan, et ux., v. State Farm Lloyds, No. C-04-063, (S.D. Texas); David Silva, et ux. v. State Farm Lloyds, No. M-4-033 (S.D. Texas); Charles Webb, et ux. v.
