Fla. Class Action Alleges Poor Remediation in 325-unit Complex

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Residents of a 20-building, 325-unit apartment complex are suing the owners and managers for damages in excess of $15,000 each for failing to prevent or properly remediate mold contamination.
