Fla. Class Action Alleges Poor Remediation in 325-unit Complex

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Residents of a 20-building, 325-unit apartment complex are suing the owners and managers for damages in excess of $15,000 each for failing to prevent or properly remediate mold contamination. Melissa Ann Petzel, et al. v. VCP Gate Parkway Ltd., et al. No. 2004-001240, Div. CVA (Fla. 4th Jud. Cir., Duval Cty.).
