30 States and Counting: Mold Legislation Continues to Sweep the Nation

She focuses on toxic tort, environmental, product liability, and business litigation, and represents commercial and residential building owners and managing agents, Real Estate Investment Trusts, commercial tenants, and remediation contractors in the defense of mold exposure and indoor air quality cases. Ms. Lagasse also counsels clients on responding to indoor environmental quality complaints raised by commercial and residential building occupants, including risk management and avoidance of litigation, development of operations and maintenance plans, and overseeing remediation projects.
