NEW ORLEANS - Farmers Insurance Exchange has filed an amicus curiae brief in federal appeals court urging affirmation of a district court decision to uphold an insurer's refusal to cover a mold claim that it said was not covered as an ensuing loss under the terms of the insured's homeowners policy. Fiess v. State Farm Lloyds, No. 03-20778 (5th Cir.).
