NEW YORK - A woman who claimed she suffered from mold-related illnesses for five years before discovering the source of mold contamination in her apartment is barred by the statute of limitations from bringing a personal injury complaint against the building's owner, an appeals court has ruled. Martin v. 159 West 80 Street Corp., et al., No. 2485 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., App. Div., First Dept.).
