ST. PAUL, Minn. - A state appeals court has affirmed an award of summary judgment to an employer accused of failing to make appropriate accommodations for an employee, who claimed that she was disabled as a result of her mold-related injury. Cramer v. Allina Health Systems, No. A03-437 (Minn. Ct. App.).
In a decision issued Dec. 16, the Minnesota Court of Appeals said that a trial court did not err when it determined that plaintiff Deb Cramer failed to meet state law requirements for showing that she was disabled as a result of her alleged mold-related condition.
