OKLAHOMA CITY - The homeowner plaintiffs in a bad faith mold dispute contended, in their response and objection to the insurer's motion to reconsider the denial of its motion for summary judgment, that the insurer is trying to deceive the court "just like it has been deceiving its insureds on mold coverage."
