MIAMI - The tenants of the 452-unit Harbour House apartment building in Bal Harbour, Fla., recently settled their mold class action for cash benefits while preserving their right to pursue through jury trial any personal injury claims that do not settle in mediation. Rachel J. Henriques, et al. v. Archstone-Smith Operating Trust, et al., No. 02-21697 CA 06 (Fla. Cir. Ct., 11th Jud. Cir., Miami-Dade Cty.).
