WASHINGTON - A U.S. District Judge granted the plaintiff's motion for leave to amend her complaint in a case concerning claims of personal injury and other damages due to mold in two condominium units she purchased in D.C.'s luxury Residences at the Ritz-Carlton. Carol A. Anderson v. USAA Casualty Insurance Company, et al., No. 02-2251 (D. D.C.).
